REFUND Policy (for Coaching Services) We value your satisfaction and work to ensure our coaching services meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with a session or program, here’s how we handle refunds and disputes: Refunds for Coaching Services: Refunds for one-on-one coaching or group coaching sessions are available if cancellations are made before 24 hours of the scheduled session (see cancellation policy below). After this period, refunds may not be granted.
Refunds for Coaching Programs: For coaching packages or programs, a pro-rated refund may be available if requested within the first 2 days of the program. Cancellation Policy (for Coaching Sessions or Programs) We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before the scheduled session to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within less than [X hours] may not be refunded or may incur a fee.
Group Coaching Programs: For group programs or workshops, cancellations must be made [X days] in advance. Refunds may be issued according to the refund policy, depending on how much of the program you’ve completed.
